Haloumi Wrap Greek Yoghurt Sauce

 

Yogurt sauce

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice - from ½ of a large lemon
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint
  • 1 clove garlic - minced; or sub 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
