Vegan Bulgogi

 2 tbsp cooking oil

1/2 block of extra firm tofu, cut into 1” cubes
8 oz Beech, oyster or any other mushrooms
2 tbap soy sauce
2 tbsp maple syrup or agave nectar
1 tbspsesame oil
3 to 4 cloves garlic, minced
2 green onions, chopped
1 tsp sesame seeds
