Teriyaki Tofu Noodles - 8/10

 Teriyaki sauce thermomix recipe

fresh ramen noodles

tofu (small pieces)

carrots (small cubes)

peas

1.  make teriyaki sauce

2.  coat tofu in cornflour and shallow fry till crispy

3. sautee carrots and peas

4.  prepare noodles - soak in boiling water 2 minutes and drain

5.  toss tofu in with carrots and peas

6.  toss noodles

7.  add sauce, mix all up and serve
