Miso Butter Mazemen (Japanese No Broth Ramen) - 6/10

This was nice.  Subtle flavour.  Nothing mind blowing but v nice dish.

Accompaniments were sauteed in sesame oil sprinkled with sesame seeds

- bean sprouts

- julienned carrots

- shitake mushrooms

- corn kernels

topped with shallots and a soft boiled egg
