Mince Garlic
Slice Onion
Chop green beans tiny pieces
Chop chilli small
thinly slice pork belly
Oil in pan
onions then garlic
add the pork and sautee until it becomes light brown (10 mins)
add patis and pepper
add "rice water" but use stock instead of the rice water, bring to a boil, lower heat and simmer 10 mins
pour in the 200 ml coconut milk and keep cooking until 1/2 the liquid has evaporated
add string beans
pour in second lot of 200 ml coconut milk
cook until oil is released
add red chilli
