500 grams sour cream
600 ml thick cream (whipping cream)
1 Cup sugar
1 sachet unflavored gelatin
tinned blueberries, or fresh blueberries or whatever  fruit you want.

1.  in a deep saucepan or wok (low heat) , put the thick cream.  pour sugar on top.  Wait until sugar starts to melt then stir with wooden spoon.

Do not let it boil.  Mix gently until sugar is melted and mixed through.

Turn heat off, take off the heat.



2.  In a large bowl, put sour cream, and add hot cream mixture from step 1 slowly stirring the entire time.


3.  Mix gelatine in a bit of warm water to dissolve, then mix into warm cream mixture and mix gently

4.  Pour into a container and put in the fridge.

5.  top with fruit if you want.
