Bombay Indian Potatoes - v good
Ingredients:
- 8-10 medium potatoes peeled and cut in chunks
- 1/2 ts salt
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 4 tbsp oil
- 2 tsp black mustard seeds
- 2 tsp curry powder or garam masala
Method:
dice potatoes and place in an oven dish (lined with baking paper)
sprinkle spices and oil
mix well
bakd 200 degree oven for 35 or so minutes until crispy and brown.
