Honey BBQ Tofu

  ​“Honey” BBQ Tofu You will need: 1 block(450g) of firm Tofu 1/2 cup corn starch 1/2 cup bbq sauce 2 Tb agave syrup or maple syrup 2 Tb oil How to: Cut tofu in bite size triangle pieces Coat tofu with corn starch Fry tofu in hot oil until all sides of your tofu is lightly crispy and set your pieces aside Sauce: Heat 2 Tb of oil in a pan Add in agave syrup and bbq sauce and stir until your sauce is reduced to a sticky consistency, you should see bubbles all throughout your sauce Mix in your crispy tofu pieces until they are all coated.

Bombay Indian Potatoes - v good

Ingredients :  8-10 medium potatoes peeled and cut in chunks 1/2 ts salt 1 tsp turmeric 4 tbsp oil 2 tsp black mustard seeds 2 tsp curry powder or garam masala Method : dice potatoes and place in an oven dish (lined with baking paper) sprinkle spices and oil mix well bakd 200 degree oven for 35 or so minutes until crispy and brown.
