Garlic Parmesan Gnocchi

 INGREDIENTS (double)

- 2 sticks Unsalted Butter  (1C or 200 g)
- 3 Garlic cloves (minced)
- Pinch of Red chilli flakes
- 1 tsp Salt or to taste
- Parmesan cheese (grated)

METHOD
- Sauté garlic in melted butter. Then add the spices and half boiled gnocchi.
- Give it a good mix on high flame, until the gnocchi is golden. Sprinkle loads of parmesan and enjoy!
