Foodie Takes Flight - Dumpling Sauce

  Ingredients 2 tbsp soy sauce 2 tbsp water or dumpling water (if boiling dumplings) 1/2-1 tbsp chili oil or chili garlic sauce (homemade recipe on my website) 1 tbsp doubanjiang aka chili broad bean paste (I used Lee Kum Kee’s) 2-3 tsp sugar, adjust to desired sweetness 2 tbsp Chinese black vinegar or rice vinegar 2 tsp sesame oil 1/2 tsp sesame seeds 1 tsp minced garlic Fresh scallions and coriander

 https://thefoodietakesflight.com/vegan-mie-goreng/#recipe i doubled the sauce recipe tofu - 1 block - small cubes 3 cloves garlic 1 red onion cut in thick chunks 1/4 cabbage shredded cooked tofu in wok till nice and crispy, removed from wok added garlic and onions, added tofu and seasoned with a bit of ketcap manis added tofu added ramen noodles added sauce and stir friend for a few minutes garnish for serving:   fresh chilli and shallots
